The Prep camp is designed to prepare high school aged players for their upcoming season. This three-day camp will focus on technical ball work, small sided play and fitness. Players will be coached by current college coaches in a college training environment.
The Advanced Academy program is open to all U14-U18 players and designed to expose players to college level coaching and training. Each 90 minute session is set up to challenge the player technically, tactically and physically.
The Advanced academy training sessions will focus on developing the player’s ability on the ball through repetition and game like scenarios where the player is challenged to execute certain skills in small spaces, under pressure with limited time on the ball.
The sessions will help develop the player’s tactical knowledge through shadow play, small sided games and full field scrimmages.
Each session will have an element of fitness to it due to the length of the session and the standards set by the coaching staff.
The Advanced Academy sessions are designed for players that want to be challenged, have a desire to learn and want to improve their overall game.
The Advanced Academy will take place on the following Thursdays at Total Sports Experience (TSE) from 6-7:30pm
March 21st and 28th
April 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th
Each Training session will be run by current and former college coaches and players.
The Cobras FC February break camp is open to all players U14 and under. The camp is designed to provide a fun soccer environment for your child during the school break. Each day will consist of ball work, fun soccer-related drills, small sided games and scrimmages. Each day will also have a specific area of focus (passing, dribbling, shooting) and all drills and activities will be geared towards that topic.
The camp will be run by Bobby McColl, Director of Coaching and Player Development. Bobby will be joined by members of his coaching staff.

Each Session will run from 9am-11am at All Star Indoor Soccer Facility in Irondequoit.

The Summer Kick off camp is a fun way for all Cobras Travel and Rec soccer players to receive extra training as the summer season kicks off. The camp will be made up of technical skills work, small sided play , scrimmages and competitions.
1 on 1 Training is now available with our Director of Coaching and Player Development, Bobby McColl. These individual training sessions are tailored towards the players needs and will begin with an assessment session on week 1 to identify the strengths and weaknesses of each player.
Sessions will focus mainly on the technical aspects of the game, with particular emphasis on improving on the player’s areas of weakness and building on their strengths. The players preferred position on the field, level of play and age will all be taken into consideration when planning each session.
Each session will last 1 hour and will take place at All Star in Irondequoit.

Group Training is now available with our Director of Coaching and Player Development. Bobby McColl. Group training allows a group of 2-10 players from a team to train with Coach McColl in an environment where they can get more individual attention. Group training is designed to work on the technical, tactical and mental side of the game with particular attention to the technical aspects of the game and position specific work.
Each session will last 1 hour and will take place at All Star in Irondequoit.
