Nick Davis is currently coaching our Boys U8-9 and Boys U11 teams and also serves as our Recreational Soccer Director.

 With four years of experience coaching youth level, Nick has made a positive impact on the lives of many young players instilling his team philosophy of Respect, Effort, Fun, and Family. 

Dedicated to grassroots training and currently on track for a Class D license, Nick’s commitment to the sport is truly inspiring.

Nick has become a well-respected figure in the local soccer community. Always striving to improve and grow as he takes on his first year as the program assistant varsity coach for the Greece Athena Trojans boys team. Nick’s coaching techniques and drills are designed to bring out the best in each player.

But it's not just about the technical aspects of the game. Nick understands the importance of fostering a positive and supportive environment for the players. Whether it's through encouragement, motivation, or just being a good listener, Nick goes the extra mile to ensure that the boys feel valued and inspired.

Coach Davis' boys team will be one of the foundational members of the Cobras FC Premier program launching for the 2024/25 season.

Al Swanson is a long time Cobras FC coach having been with the club for fourteen years.  His dedication to the sport and organization have impacted many Cobras FC players through all age groups.  Al has coached many very successful Cobras FC teams and continues to produce high-caliber players.

Swanson's coaching philosophy is to focus on "growing the love of the game, teaching life lessons through the game, and nurturing respect for the game, which is the most important part of the game."

Al currently holds a national D-level license and coaches the  GU11 travel team.

Coach Swanson's girls' team will be one of the foundational members of the Cobras FC Premier program launching for the 2024/25 season.

Kelly has been coaching with Cobras FC for two years and holds the US National C license.

Outside of the Cobras, she has an extensive background as a coach including Head Girls Soccer Coach New York State West, Olympic Development Program: 2006-Present Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach, Genesee Community College: 2018-Present Girls Travel Soccer Coach, Cobras Futbol Club: 2019-Present Head Women’s Soccer Coach, Hilbert College: 2011- 2018 Girls Premier Soccer Coach, Empire United Soccer Academy: 2001-2018 Head Women’s Soccer Coach, Genesee Community College: 2007-2011 Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach, Canisius College: 2001-2004.

Kelly currently coaches the Girls U13 Cobras FC team.

Jason Kozak has been a head coach with Cobras FC for five years and possesses the 7v7, 9v9, and 11v11 Grassroots training certificates, along with the US Soccer National D license. He is currently an assistant coach at the Aquinas Institute and has been the head coach for the Greece Arcadia freshman boys team along with assistant coaching in the Cobras FC organization several additional years.

Jason has played soccer personally from 6 years old, through college (MCC & SUNY-Brockport). All County selection - 1992 Various adult teams after college.

"For me it's all about the "firsts". The first time you see something click for a player, the first time you see them use something from training in a match, the first time you see your players come together. It's fun to watch their growth and development, learning to love the game."

Jason currently coaches the BU14/2010 and GU15/2009 teams for the 2023-2024 season.

In addition to his many responsibilities on the Cobras FC board as the recreation director, Dominic also finds time to coach several teams and pursue high level licenses to bring his best to Cobras FC.  Dom currently holds his US Soccer National C license.

His other certifications include - NFHS – 14 total certifications, APSSAA Training, Safe Environment Training, CDC-Concussion Training and First aid certified.

Dom has coached numerous travel and premier teams since 2009 along with highschool level teams.  He currently coaches G2007 travel team.

His personal experience playing the game include 32 years plus College/Men's Premier/Highschool/Youth.

Michael Alfieri is another long standing Cobras FC coach with seventeen years with the club.  With over 40 years of personal playing experience including Alfred State College, Gates Chili HS, Rochester Juniors, Rochester Italia, Webster Americans, and the Italian American Sports Club.

Alfieri has a reputation for producing great teams in both skill and character.  His coaching experience consists of working with boys and girls in developing social and soccer skills from U8 to U19 levels.  Alfieri has developed individuals through all phases of competition including basic house leagues, travel and premier leagues, State Cups and National tournaments such as the President's Cup. Many of the kids have moved on to play at the high school and college levels, including Division I universities. Some kids have even gone on to play professionally.

Coach Alfieri currently hold a national E level license and coaches the GU18 Cobras FC team.
